Mystery boxes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
"Direct" pieces typically ship within 2-3 business days. All designer, made-to-order pieces currently have 6 week lead times. To request priority for a special occasion please reach out to info@stonehartjewelry.com . Due to Covid19, some shipments may take longer than usual. Light weight jewelry shipments are $15 for US and $25 for international. Larger pieces, like wings and halos are $30 for US and $40 for international.
Tracking information will be automatically sent to the email you provided once your piece has shipped.
Direct items are eligible for free returns or exchanges within 2 weeks of receiving, as long as the piece is unused and in it's original packaging. However, sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Designer made pieces are eligible for cancelations as long as the designer has not already started creating your piece. After the designer has started working on your piece they are non-refundable and non exchangeable as they are made especially for you.
