Refund policy
Returns
We have a 2 week return policy for direct items.
To be eligible for a return, your piece must be unused and in it’s original packaging.
To request a return label, contact us at info@stonehartjewelry.com. Once you have received your return label, pack your piece with a note in the package with your order number and your request for “return” “exchange” or “repair”.
Designer made pieces are eligible for cancelations as long as the designer has not already started creating your piece. Once created and shipped, designer pieces are not eligible for refund or cancellation. You can, however, request a repair.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@stonehartjewelry.com.
Sale items
Sale items are final sale and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged with no charge for the same piece. To exchange for a different piece there will be a $35 restocking fee.
